On the side lines of the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting in Rwanda in June 2022, the Kigali Summit For Malaria & Neglected Tropical Diseases was a critical opportunity for the two causes to unlock billions of dollars and galvanise global leadership to end these deadly and life-limiting diseases. Guests included the former HRH Prince of Wales, Melinda French Gates, President Kagame, Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie and many more global leaders in politics, philanthropy, academia and business. As the creative content lead for the global malaria community I led on curating and producing video content, stage activations, merchandise, overseeing all summit photography and videography and both branded and experiential pieces. $4.5 billion of financial commitments were secured at the Summit alongside commitments from governments to accelerate domestic ownership and accountability to eliminate.
