As the brainchild of our pioneering communications director Kate Wills, I grew the Creative Collective network from 3 agencies to 103. The Creative Collective was a global network of agencies, production houses and the world's leading creative talent and experts all of whom were on hand with time, wisdom and expert services at various moments at pro-bono, low-cost rates and on occasion with significant investments from the partner. With R/GA, dentsu and Ridley Scott Films in the bag, I went on to build critical relationships with agencies and experts all over the world, from LA to Lagos, London to Dubai. These collaborations have gone on to win countless awards, gain traction in the sector for the unique approach and inspired partnerships on global platforms. And the best part - I get to meet and learn from some of the world's best creatives and awesome humans.
