Leading the Schools and Youth product squad at Comic Relief - a team of designers, developers and internal stakeholders - I utilised agile methodology and worked closely with BBC teams to deliver multiple digital products for Comic Relief (Red Nose Day and Sport Relief) as well as training other parts of the organisation in agile working and becoming an internal Gapminder champion.
